Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your ILIA products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 60 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in gently used condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific products you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the feedback.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and securely pack your items in the original mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
